*About Role*
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Account Executive
to manage and grow our existing client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, understands evolving business needs, and takes complete ownership of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are met while identifying opportunities to deliver additional value.
*Key Responsibilities*
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and reliability
- Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s goals, expectations, and challenges
Needs Assessment & Solution Delivery
- Proactively assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives
- Anticipate client needs and address issues before they escalate
Account Growth & Value Creation
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services that enhance client outcomes
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise account value and long-term engagement
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery
- Focus on retention and long-term partnerships, recognising the value of existing clients
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, product, etc.) to deliver on client commitments
- Share client feedback and market insights internally to improve services and offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail
- Strategic mindset with a client-first approach
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
