Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The role involves coordination with internal departments, vendors, and service providers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Handle office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory control
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance services
- Manage facility upkeep, office utilities, and AMC follow-ups
- Assist HR and Accounts teams with administrative documentation and coordination
- Maintain records, files, registers, and official correspondence
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and meeting logistics
- Support onboarding formalities and employee administrative needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and administrative reports as required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and office administration
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to HR/admin coordination
- Knowledge of basic statutory or compliance documentation
- Vendor negotiation and cost-control exposure
