Job Purpose
The Revenue Executive will be responsible for driving and managing school revenue through admissions support, fee coordination, parent engagement, and data tracking. The role ensures smooth revenue flow while maintaining strong relationships with parents and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Revenue Management
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
- Track admissions conversions and ensure accurate fee projections.
- Coordinate with parents on fee structure, payment schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor pending fees and follow up professionally for collections.
Fee Coordination & Reporting
- Ensure timely fee invoicing and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of fee payments, discounts, waivers, and refunds.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Highlight revenue gaps, risks, and opportunities proactively.
Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for parents regarding fee-related queries.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent fee communication process.
- Collaborate with finance, admissions, and academic teams to resolve issues.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to school fee policies and financial guidelines.
- Support audits and internal reviews with accurate data and documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance revenue efficiency.
Data & Systems
- Maintain admissions and revenue data in ERP/LMS systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic financial understanding and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle parents with empathy and professionalism.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and school ERP systems.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in revenue, admissions, finance, or administrative roles (education sector preferred).
- Experience in schools or educational institutions is an added advantage.
