Requirements

6+ years of backend engineering experience, expert in Python (async)
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architecture
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Deep understanding of scalable API development (gRPC, REST, WebSockets)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and vector databases
Strong communication skills and the ability to make and justify architectural decisions

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the internal LLM agent framework with focus on scalability, async processing, and parallelism
Ensure system observability and reliability using metrics, tracing and monitoring tools
Adapt the framework for specific customer use cases and collaborate closely with ML/NLP teams
Build and support automated LLM evaluation pipelines
Design backend services using Python (async) and modern cloud-native architecture.
