WFO, Night Shift
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns for IT services, websites, mobile apps, and digital marketing solutions. You will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and scaling paid campaigns for both in-house and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Drive lead generation for IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce solutions.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS), and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversions.
- Optimize landing pages in coordination with the design and development team for better conversion rates.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of results as per KPIs.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for integrated marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns for a Digital Marketing Agency or IT services company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Lead Ads).
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, funnel building, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage budgets efficiently and improve ROI.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and other B2B platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and CRO.
- Experience in handling multiple clients simultaneously.
