Our client is a mission-driven fintech platform transforming how employees manage financial wellness from student debt, mortgages, credit card debt, etc.
We are looking for
2-3 high-impact SDRs
to join. Your goal is simple: prove the power of outbound sales by tapping into their database of 40,000+ leads and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
The Role
- High-Volume Outbound:
Execute multi-channel touches per week via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Quality over Quantity:
While volume is high, your outreach is deeply personalized to CHROs and benefits leaders
- AI-Driven Selling:
Introduce prospects to their conversational AI tool that provides personalized financial guidance.
- Full Tech Stack:
Utilize Salesforce, Apollo, and Gong to maintain perfect CRM hygiene and streamline your prospecting.
What Success Looks Like
- Predictable meeting creation that converts into a qualified pipeline.
- Outperforming existing outbound benchmarks to prove the scalability of this motion.
- Disciplined follow-up and accurate data management.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience:
1–3 years of high-volume B2B SDR experience.
- Industry Knowledge:
Preferred experience in HR-Tech, FinTech, Payroll, or Benefits.
- Mental Toughness:
A "sprint" mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Compensation
:
$4,500-6,500 per month (depending on experience) + small bonus for every qualified opportunity!
