In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially Account management,
- Merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth.
- Also, revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
Responsibilities will include
Functional Expertise
- Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to focus on Onboard multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewelry, automobile, hotels, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains), spas and salons.
- Responsible to acquire key merchants (Large standalone account, multiple store/MID account, city/regional chains) for payment solutions.
- Responsible for retention and cross sales of other products.
Interaction
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to account deployment.
- Liaise with cross functional teams to address requirements, resolve issues etc.
- Collaborate with product team to provide insights and feedback.
Problem Solving
- Develop strategies for product enhancements and innovation.

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Graduate / MBA with good academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a added bonus.
