Job Description:
Account Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand customer usage. Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and recommend relevant Qoruz solutions that create additional value.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers. Stay aligned with their marketing objectives, share best practices, and guide them on how to get maximum value from the platform.
Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Manage the onboarding journey for new customers. Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and ensure smooth activation so customers adopt key features effectively.
Customer Retention: Address customer queries with clarity and responsiveness across email, chat, and calls. Proactively resolve issues, maintain satisfaction, and drive long-term retention and renewals .
Customer Insights & Collaboration: Track customer usage patterns, maintain accurate CRM updates, and share insights with the sales, product, and marketing teams to improve customer outcomes and highlight expansion opportunities.
