Job Summary
We are looking for a
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of
strategic enterprise / GCC accounts
- Develop strong relationships with
CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and products
- Drive
account expansion, renewals, and long-term contracts
- Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for assigned accounts
Client Engagement & Delivery Coordination
- Act as the
single point of contact
for key clients
- Work closely with
delivery, product, HR, and finance teams
to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently met
- Handle escalations and resolve issues proactively
Strategic Planning
- Create and execute
account plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Understand client business, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Propose strategic solutions aligned with client growth and transformation goals
Reporting & Governance
- Track account performance, forecasts, and pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide regular reports to leadership on account health and opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in
Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales
- Strong experience managing
large IT services or SaaS accounts
- Proven ability to engage with
CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of
IT services, GCC models, digital transformation, or enterprise software
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling
India, Middle East, or Global clients
- Exposure to
GCC setup, staffing, managed services, or enterprise platforms
- Background in IT services, product companies, or consulting firms
