Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote position for a GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer in Business Development Representative (BDR) activities. As a GTM Engineer, you will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting outreach, communicating the value of FlashLabs solutions, and collaborating with internal teams on business development initiatives.

• Strong capabilities in New Business Development and Business Development to identify opportunities and achieve growth goals.
• Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to effectively engage clients and present solutions.
• Superior Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant sales platforms.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Background in AI or autonomous systems is advantageous but not required.
