Account Manager
to drive the success of key enterprise client accounts. This role serves as a critical liaison between clients, business development, and technology teams, with responsibility for strengthening relationships, ensuring successful product adoption, and driving account growth through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in new business pitches and take ownership of the effective onboarding of new enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements, documenting them clearly as Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful solution delivery aligned with client objectives.
- Track market and competitive trends using CRM and analytics tools, providing insights to refine account and growth strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development within a SaaS organization.
- Proven ability to manage and grow multiple enterprise accounts with a customer-first and ownership-driven mindset.
- Strong experience in system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW preparation, RFI/RFP documentation, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver formal presentations.
- Consultative sales background or prior experience as a Solutions Engineer is a strong plus.
- Confident, energetic, and adaptable professional with strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under continual deadline pressure in a fast-moving environment.
