Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is essential for supporting the growth of Immersia Global by identifying potential clients and partners. The role involves initiating outreach and assisting the business development team in expanding both institutional and corporate collaborations internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through research, email outreach, calls, and networking with colleges, universities, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Outreach Initiation: Initiate contact and build relationships through emails, calls, and messages to deans, international coordinators, and corporate contacts.
- Sales Support: Support the sales and business development team with follow-ups and coordination of leads.
- CRM & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM tools or tracking sheets.
- Proposal and Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, partnership documentation, and coordination with operations and program teams.
Requirements :
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interest in sales, partnerships, education, or international programs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and online research.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
