CashurDrive is a listed urban media infrastructure company focused on owned OOH, transit, and sustainable mobility media across Indian cities. We work with large enterprises and national brands to help them achieve high-frequency, city-level visibility through controlled execution, not media aggregation.
Role Overview
We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented SDR to support our outbound engine. This role has two core responsibilities only:
- Prospecting
- CRM hygiene and updates
This is not a generic sales role. Precision matters more than volume.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting (Primary Responsibility)
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists based on defined ICPs (CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Leaders).
- Research companies using public sources (news, press releases, campaigns, advertising activity).
- Identify relevant triggers such as launches, expansions, events, brand campaigns, or visibility pushes.
- Source and verify decision-maker contacts using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Support outbound campaigns by cold calling and ensuring prospects are relevant, timely, and well-qualified.
2. CRM Management & Updates (Primary Responsibility)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Log prospect details, research notes, triggers, and outreach status clearly.
- Update deal stages, contact information, and activity logs regularly.
- Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and completeness across all records.
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to keep the CRM usable and reliable.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead research, or CRM operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalents.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes and instructions without constant supervision.
- Clear written communication and basic business understanding.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to B2B sales, media, advertising, or enterprise-focused products.
- Understanding of outbound sales workflows.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and structured research outputs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
