Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role Purpose:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for progressing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) driving engagement for first meetings or sponsored events around a topic of interest by nurturing prospects through emails, LinkedIn outreach, phone calls, leveraging Sandler principles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Apply Sandler questioning techniques (focus on asking insightful, open-ended questions to uncover a prospect's real needs, pain points, and motivations, rather than just pitching) to identify needs and buying signals.
