We are therefore looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting continued growth.
The Role
The Senior Manager, Operations will be responsible for end-to-end operational ownership across our Food and Beverage side of the business. This role requires a hands on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and can adapt quickly while building, developing, and leading strong operational teams.
Based in Miami, Florida, this role will work closely with cross-functional partners to scale operations, improve performance, and support business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Own and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Drive operational performance aligned with growth and business objectives
- Lead execution across multiple operational initiatives in a dynamic environment
- Identify risks and implement solutions to support sustainable growth
People Management, Development & Growth
- Lead, coach, and develop operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Build strong team capability through mentoring, feedback, and performance management
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of operational talent
- Create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports engagement and growth
Process Improvement & Adaptability
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness
- Lead and adapt to change in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Partner cross-functionally to support new initiatives, launches, and scaling efforts
- Use data and operational insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years of management experience within an operations-focused role
- At least 2 years of experience within the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality Industry
- Proven people management experience with a focus on team development and growth
- Ability to fully adapt and lead effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong execution mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
