The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site in New Jersey.
