Lead Backend Engineer

We are seeking an Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in building and operating RESTful APIs (Python /Django / Flask or Node.js) and database design (NoSQL and RDBMS). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering high‑performance backend services and a proven track record of leading engineering teams. As a Backend Lead you will act both as an Individual Contributor and a technical mentor, shaping the backend systems,ensuring clean, maintainable code, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate vehicle‑linked services and AWS infrastructure. Must‑have: deep knowledge of Python (Django/Flask) / Node.js, expertise in RESTful API design, and strong experience with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Good‑to‑have: experience acquiring vehicle signals (CAN, Vector, UDS), development of vehicle‑linked services, and proficiency in designing
