Position Overview:
The Senior Portfolio Operations Manager is the main point of contact between MaxSolar and the customer, ensuring contract compliance and best-in-class service and customer support. This individual is highly motivated with superior customer service and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between multiple internal and external stakeholders, including monitoring & performance engineering, scheduling & procurement, corporate finance, and field operations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of assigned portfolio and take responsibility for delivery of O&M services in accordance with O&M contracts.
- Engage with clients, develop relationships, and help grow customer portfolio.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee case management, work order processing, scheduling, service estimating and client reporting.
- Supervise portfolio support team.
- Manage contracts, including maintenance of contractual and technical information for system assets.
- Interface with Accounting team and provide support for invoicing as needed.
- Interface with Asset Management team to ensure system/portfolio performance goals and performance/availability guarantees are being met.
- Help develop new requirements, specifications, best practices, and tools.
- Manage subcontractor relationships.
- Collaborate with VP of Operations and senior management to ensure operational goals are being met.

- Three (3) years of O&M/Project Management experience in electrical/solar industries preferred.
- Familiarity/working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service preferred.
- Familiarity/working knowledge of solar Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)/monitoring systems preferred.
- Familiarity/working knowledge of CMMS based asset management systems.
- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word.
- Valid Driver’s License.
