Title: Regional Manager

Compensation: 120,000 - 140,000

Locations: Brackettville or Carrizo Springs, or Uvalde

Travel: On-site work

Are you a seasoned O&M professional passionate about renewable energy?

On behalf of a leading player, we seek a highly motivated O&M Site/Regional manager for their solar systems. Oversee operations, implement best practices, and lead a high-performing team to maximize uptime and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead O&M strategy for solar & battery systems, optimizing performance & profitability.
• Manage team & external resources, ensuring exceptional O&M service delivery.
• Implement best practices & industry standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and innovative solutions.
• Foster a high-performing O&M team through training and mentorship in your region.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in solar & battery storage O&M with leadership experience.
• 3+ years of O&M experience (Commissioning experience is beneficial as well)
• Deep knowledge of O&M best practices, maximizing system uptime.
• Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to clean energy adoption.
