Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to own and improve the systems, processes, and workflows that keep the organization running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving day-to-day team operations, and supporting growth through strong execution.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify gaps, streamline operations, and ensure that people, tools, and processes are aligned as the business scales.
Core Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve core operational processes and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across teams
- Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational playbooks
- Partner with leadership to support planning, execution, and scaling initiatives
- Manage operational tools and systems to ensure reliability and adoption
- Track key operational metrics and report on performance and trends
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow through on execution
- Support day-to-day operational needs and resolve issues as they arise
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a related role
- Experience improving processes in growing or complex organizations
- Strong organizational, execution, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
