ABOUT US:
NGEN Mission Critical is a global operation designed to meet the ever-evolving critical power and thermal infrastructure needs of mission critical facilities. Guided by integrity and innovation, our team provides a high-touch, transparent experience from the first quote through to final delivery. From advanced data center campuses and utility-scale power generation to critical grid infrastructure, NGEN delivers solutions built to meet the highest operational standards in today’s most demanding environments.
Our team works hard while maintaining a collaborative, respectful, and supportive culture. We are looking for colleagues with a sense of humor who are excited to make an impact in a future-focused and fast-paced environment.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
NGEN is building an advanced supply chain function within mission critical infrastructure, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who wants to grow fast, solve real problems, and help build the systems that will scale our business.
You’ll work deep in process mapping, system integration and data management, while also helping build the operational backbone of how NGEN runs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain, you’ll support supply chain analytics through a mix of ad-hoc and recurring reporting, dashboard development and maintenance, KPI tracking, order and delivery monitoring, inventory level analysis, and third-party logistics data integrations. You’ll also play an active role in the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of our NetSuite ERP environment.
This position is intentionally built with upward mobility. By working cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Compliance and Field Operations you will build the foundation to progress into a Supply Chain Operations Manager role, owning supplier contracts, supply chain policies, vendor performance management, and our ERP, Sales, and PLM ecosystem as we expand. If you’re eager to get in early, build things the right way, and grow into a management position as we scale, this is your opportunity.
YOUR MISSION:
- Support NGEN’s entire supply chain function with data accuracy, reporting, and ERP structure
- Enter, validate, and maintain product, vendor, and transaction data inside NetSuite with an obsession for precision
- Run regular data integrity checks and proactively flag gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Research suppliers, equipment specifications, and market information to support supply chain strategy
- Contribute to NGEN’s early ERP structure - how we categorize products, build item hierarchies, and standardize operational data
- Help maintain pricing databases, landed cost models, and SKU-level cost accuracy
- Track inventory levels, lead times, and order status to ensure data accuracy across procurement, logistics, and project delivery
- Assist with preparing materials for internal meetings, business reviews, and vendor discussions
- Wear multiple hats as needed to keep our supply chain systems moving smoothly in a fast-paced, build-as-we-scale environment
YOU’LL WIN US OVER WITH THIS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related field
- You’ve spent at least 1-3 years in a data intensive role where accuracy, speed, and structure mattered. Ideally in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
- You know your way around ERP, Sales, and PLM systems without handholding
- You think in rows and columns. You’re fluent in Excel and SQL databases and comfortable cleaning and structuring messy data. You’re unfazed when the answers aren’t obvious
- You’ve been exposed to worlds like industrial equipment, electrical distribution, or electronics manufacturing. If not, you’re the kind of person who researches fast and learns even faster
- You bring extra firepower if you’ve touched global supply chains or have Mandarin language skills
WHO YOU ARE:
- You come into work ready to figure things out. When a process is undefined, you don’t freeze You map it, organize it, and make it better
- You take ownership seriously. When something is assigned to you, it gets done and it gets done right
- You enjoy working across functions and supporting many different people at once. Being the behind-the-scenes glue feels like a win
- You are calm under pressure, even when timelines shift or priorities stack up. You know how to keep work moving
- You have a global mindset and capable to work with a variety of working styles and cultures
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Base salary of $62,000 - $78,000 USD if located in the USA
- Base salary of $65,000 - $82,000 CAD if located in Canada
- The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills
- Bonus structure of up to 10% of your base salary, based on performance
- Eligibility to participate in NGEN’s leadership equity program
- 401k/RRSP match of up to 5% of your base salary
- Access to health, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependents:
- Four health plans to choose from, ranging from high-deductible to low-deductible plans
- Employer-paid premiums ranging from 80%-100% paid, dependent on the plan you select
- Access to Kindbody services and their network, including coaching sessions
- Three weeks of paid vacation
- Five paid personal days
- Home office set-up support
- Remote working environment with flexibility and autonomy
