Strategy & Operations Lead (Change Manager)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking an experienced IT Strategy, Operating Rhythm & Transformation Consultant to support our organization in assessing current ways of working, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving execution of operating rhythm, governance, and process transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, consulting expertise, and the ability to convert ambiguity into clear problem statements, actionable recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables.
๐น Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Analysis
Conduct structured discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand current operating models, workflows, and decision processes.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, gaps, and root causes across people, process, technology, and governance.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and problem statements.
Strategy & Recommendation Development
Develop hypotheses, options, and recommendations for operating model and workflow improvements.
Redesign operating rhythm including governance forums, cadences, and decision-making structures.
Translate insights into strategic frameworks and compelling narratives.
Execution & Change Support
Partner with leadership to implement agreed-upon operating rhythm and model changes.
Support rollout of new processes, meeting structures, communication norms, and accountability models.
Track progress, identify risks, and refine implementation plans.
Facilitation & Collaboration
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and alignment forums to drive consensus and decisions.
Act as a trusted thought partner to leaders and cross-functional teams.
Deliverable Creation
Develop executive-ready presentations, analyses, frameworks, and documentation.
Create materials that enable adoption and long-term sustainability of new processes.
๐น Required Skills & Experience
5โ10+ years in management consulting, strategy, operating model design, organizational effectiveness, or related roles.
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
Proven experience conducting discovery sessions and redesigning operating rhythms.
Expertise in creating executive-level deliverables and presentations.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.

Experience with organizational design, business process redesign, or enterprise transformation.
Background in technology, product, or cross-functional operating models.
Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies.
