We’re seeking a sales-minded Operations Manager to support and drive performance in our Dallas market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, enjoys being hands-on in day-to-day operations, and has a strong understanding of what makes teams customers satisfied and teams successful.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Texas Area General Manager to oversee local operations, including scheduling, installation coordination, sales growth, and service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are met and exceeded.
- Support and motivate teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every step.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline communication, and increase productivity.
- Participate in local events, team meetings, and initiatives that drive growth and strengthen Tri-State’s presence in the market.
- Take ownership of results and help drive overall market performance through strong leadership and accountability.
Qualifications & Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in operations, management, or in a supervisory role within the home services or construction industry.
- A strong sales mindset – motivated by goals, performance metrics, and growth.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, resourceful, and ready to take initiative to get the job done.
