Program Responsibilities

Rotational Assignments: Participate in a structured 4-month rotation through some of our teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Recruitment, to gain comprehensive exposure and hands-on experience in each department.
Skill Development: Learn from industry leaders and develop critical skills such as relationship building with clients, B2B sales, social media management, industry research, copywriting, and talent sourcing.
Team Collaboration: Assist teams in delivering high-quality work, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to the success of various projects and initiatives.
