We are looking for an
Operations Manager
who understands that operations is not about keeping things running—it’s about
building systems that scale, execute consistently, and improve continuously
.
This role is for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations while also strengthening processes, controls, and execution frameworks. You will work closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency, predictability, and accountability across teams.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage end-to-end operational processes across functions
- Design, implement, and improve
SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to defined processes
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics; identify gaps and improvement areas
- Work cross-functionally with business, finance, HR, and delivery teams
- Manage operational risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and delays
- Support capacity planning, resource optimization, and execution planning
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational controls
