Responsibilities and Duties
Work profile of Operations Manager;
- Work Management: Our work involves manufacturing, procuring, supplying and installing Sound equipment at client site. Each work has its deadline. It will be the person’s responsibility to monitor that the work is progressing worthy of the deadline. This requires proper coordination with the technical team with regard to timely procuring of raw materials and manage stock properly to avoid undue delays.
- Payment follow-up: Continuous tracking of pending payments from our customers and timely follow up.
- Manpower management: The off days of employees needs to be monitored through the Muster Roll and needs to be accounted during month end salary computation. The movement of employees needs to be monitored so that the office time is not misused.
- Overall management of company properties: The Person will have to monitor and ensure proper maintenance of Company Vehicles, Computers and other such properties.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates with past experience in the area of overall organizational administration preferred.
- Freshers with clear understanding of the profile may also apply.
