Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation activities of the catering department, including scheduling drivers and wait staff in accordance with the demands of the business.
- Review all Event Orders to determine staffing levels, distribution and execution of events.
- Facilitate communication between the sales, culinary and event management teams to ensure accurate timing, production and fulfilment of all daily orders
- Manage Catering vehicle fleet including maintenance and all expenses incurred. Includes 6 vans, 1 box truck. Handle insurance claims, vehicle maintenance, repairs and fuel management
- Supervise all catering deliveries and ensures Catering standards are met through spot checks and training of delivery staff.
