Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the entire production process of Flour and Pulses at our factory. The ideal candidate will gain extensive knowledge of Flour and Pulses production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage the plant efficiently. This role requires full responsibility for plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
(Day/Night Shift)
- Take full responsibility for the production of Flour and Pulses, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production to meet targets and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards within the plant.
- Lead, train, and manage the production team for optimal performance.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production, raw material usage, and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Requirements:
- Experience in production.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
