WeArch Developers seeks an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead civil project delivery, oversee operations, and ensure seamless execution across teams. This role connects directly to our Civil Project Manager needs by providing higher-level operational oversight, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining high standards in project communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end civil project operations, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery to meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Lead cross-functional teams, including Civil Project Managers, to ensure effective communication, quality control, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and risk management in construction and development projects.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PGDM in HR or Operations preferred, with 8+ years in operations/project management in construction/architecture firms.
Proven expertise in civil projects, team leadership, budget management (e.g., handling ₹50,000+ monthly operations), and tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace for reporting and tracking.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, compliance with Indian labor codes, and driving continuous improvement in Kerala-based development environments.
