Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily KST operations, including cleaning and hygiene activities.
Train, guide, and mentor staff while ensuring strict safety and hygiene compliance.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous process improvements.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues effectively
Ensure manpower deployment, attendance, and site discipline
Requirements.
2–3 years of experience in KST / housekeeping / hygiene operations (supervisory role)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
Immediate joiners preferred
