You will works as part of the Tier 1 remote support team resolving tickets or escalating to regional onsite deskside teams as necessary.
The successful candidate will be onsite for the first month for training, so you need to be local to one of the following offices -
Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA, Miami, NY, Salt Lake City, San Fran, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Washington DC, Wilmington (Delaware)
You will need –
· Windows, Office365, AD.
· ServiceNow
· Bomgar or remote support tools
· Law or professional services background.
Shift Pattern - 35 hour week in total.
Week 1 - 32 Hours
Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm PT
Monday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Tuesday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Wednesday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Week 2 - 38 Hours
Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm PT
Monday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Tuesday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Wednesday - 6 am to 3 pm PT
Thursday - 6 am to 1 pm PT
