HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a SR. Analyst QA/Test on our Yearbook Technology support team, you will play a critical role as an energetic and team-oriented leader with demonstrated success implementing technology solutions in the QA and testing space. You will proactively influence quality from ideation through release—grooming user stories, shaping test strategies, and ensuring requirements are testable, clear, and risk-aware. Your ability to translate product and technical documentation into comprehensive test plans and test cases will directly reduce defects, improve system stability, and drive confident production releases.
Operationally, the SR. Analyst QA/Test will elevate the QA function through disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making. You will lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple initiatives, manage regression cycles, track and report QA metrics, and partner closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to continuously raise the quality bar. Your strong judgment, adaptability, and sense of urgency will ensure issues are identified early, communicated clearly, and resolved efficiently—keeping teams aligned, stakeholders informed, and delivery timelines intact.
In this role, you will operate within a highly creative, “infinite-solutions” environment that supports the end-to-end Yearbook manufacturing lifecycle—from digital creation and customization to production readiness. You will balance structure with creativity, ensuring quality standards are upheld while enabling flexible workflows that support unique, school-driven designs, seasonal timelines, and manufacturing constraints. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, reliability, and readiness of content as it moves from technology platforms into physical production.
This is a critical role on our overall Yearbook Technology team. You will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.
