Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design user experiences and implement backend code. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while leveraging new technologies to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving and continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications to guide development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Proficient in database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with user interface design and user experience best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
