- Troubleshooting: computers, printers, desktop Windows OS, iPhones, Teams support

Experience with ServiceNow

Job Description
- Resolve tickets related to Windows Suite and iPhones
- Troubleshoot servers, workstations, field computers, peripherals, handheld devices, software, OS, programming
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Manage work assignments with minimal supervision
- Adhere to departmental change control and problem reporting procedures
- Handle
5–20 ServiceNow tickets daily
