Title: IT Help Desk Technician

Pay Range:$26-$28 per hour
Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, opportunities for overtime, and potential for long-term growth.

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
* Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with ticketing systems; ERP exposure is a plus (NetSuite preferred).
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
