What We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Support Technician to join our team in our San Diego, US office.

This role requires remote and onsite suppor t for onboarding and offboarding of Corporate IT employees, inventory of corporate assets, general support of IT-related issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of Tealium’s IT systems.

This role is ideal for an entry-level support technician who is eager to learn infrastructure systems and services. The ideal candidate will work 2-3 days in-office at our San Diego headquarters. YOUR DAY TO DAY

Onboard/Offboard company employees with provisioning of services and assets
Inventory of Corporate IT assets (MacBooks, Accessories, Monitors, Mobile Phones, etc)
Assist with logistics of hardware to and from staff of Tealium
Reset MacBook devices for expected new hires or refresh
Replace IT equipment for staff within the US and our San Diego office.
Assist staff with general IT support tasks

What You Bring To Tealium

Core degree in a technical field or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk and SaaS administration.
Experience with MDM (Jamf preferred) administration.
Previous experience with identity management (Okta) or other IDP platforms.
Apple-Mac hardware and software understanding.
You proactively look for ways to improve user productivity, provide the data to support and implement improvements.
You proactively look for ways to automate tasks and have users self-serve their needs.
Interest in learning about information technology and working for a tech company!
General MacOS hardware and software administration knowledge
Basic knowledge with using and supporting SaaS solutions services e.g. Google, Okta, AI Tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a part-time capacity.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Benefits The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:

Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:

Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range: $27.55 to $34.46 per hour.

This position will earn commission pursuant to Tealium’s commission policy, the details of which will be provided upon request.
