Job Summary
This position is primarily an office assistant role (approximately 75%) with a technology and systems support component (approximately 25%). The Senior Office Assistant supports daily office operations, staff onboarding, records management, and basic IT and digital needs for our team.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support (Primary – ~75%)
- Assist with onboarding new staff, including setting up accounts in agency systems
- Maintain accurate employee and client files (digital and physical)
- Process and track background checks and onboarding documentation
- Provide general office and administrative support
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
IT, Systems & Digital Support (Secondary – ~25%)
- Provide basic to intermediate IT support for staff (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Set up and configure computers, email accounts, and cloud-based systems
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, email access, and basic troubleshooting
- Support Wi-Fi connectivity and common technical issues
- Assist with data security, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (email setup, user access, basic troubleshooting)
- Experience setting up computers, email accounts, and cloud systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe applications (such as Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential employee and client information professionally
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience with onboarding processes and/or background checks
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn marketing support and social media management
- Comfort assisting with basic posting, scheduling, or coordination of social media content

- $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
