As the internal support organization for DNV and DNV owned companies, we deliver shared services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate & Procurement to DNV globally. About you: To maximize your chances, you need: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.3+ years of experience in deskside or second-line IT support.Experience with hardware diagnostics, vendor coordination, and IT asset management.Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., BMC Remedy).Knowledge of networking basics and server room standards.Ability to manage procurement processes and vendor coordination.Customer focused and solution orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills (the working language is English).Understanding of GDPR and IT security policies.Ability to identify, resolve, mitigate and escalate issues as they occur.Personal qualifications:You are passionate about service delivery.You are open minded, want to make an impact and are ready to go the extra mile to make it happen.You are confident in working in dynamic environment, managing change and willing to support colleagues through change life cycle.You are a team player and results oriented.You have experience in working with people from different cultures and geographies.You are honest, open and committed to DNV’s visions and values.Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
