Technical Support Analyst (Contract through 9/30/2026)
Locations:
Lakewood & Aurora, CO (with occasional support for other sites)
We’re hiring a
Technical Support Analyst
to deliver high-touch, in-person support, helping users stay productive and confident with their technology.
What You’ll Do
- Provide
85% desk-side / 15% remote support
(phone/email/chat)
- Triage and resolve
Level II/III incidents & service requests
- Handle some
Level I support
as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, network, and user access issues
- Confirm resolution with end users and update the
ITSM ticketing system
- Partner with infrastructure, security, apps, database, and governance teams
- Follow and support
IT security policies and procedures
- Create and update
knowledge base articles
- Contribute to
continual service improvement
initiatives
- Support multiple tasks/projects in a fast-moving environment
- Be available for
flex hours, on-call rotations, and occasional weekends
What You Bring
- 6+ years
of technical support experience
- Strong
Windows & MS Office
support
- Active Directory
experience
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Experience in imaging/configuring new PCs + re-imaging devices and installing approved apps/access
- Familiarity with email spam filtering tools
- Ability to validate
full disk encryption
- Strong desk-side support and customer service skills
- Excellent communication + documentation habits
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle + ability to transport IT equipment between offices
- Use your personal cell phone for work calls/texts
- Ability to pass background check + drug test (
excluding marijuana
)
