Role Overview
We are seeking a Flutter Developer with hands-on experience building high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in GetX, Dio, and clean architecture, and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable apps.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Flutter applications
- Implement GetX for state management, routing, and dependency injection
- Integrate REST APIs using Dio (authentication, caching, interceptors)
- Optimize JSON serialization and parsing for performance
- Work with local storage solutions (Hive, SharedPreferences, Sqflite)
- Implement push notifications, deep linking, and background services
- Debug, test, and optimize apps for performance and user experience
- Follow clean architecture, SOLID principles, and best practices
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams
Required Skills
- 1+ years of Flutter development experience
- Strong expertise in GetX (state management, routing, DI)
- Proficiency with Dio for API integration and error handling
- Experience with JSON serialization (json_serializable, built_value, or manual parsing)
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, and SOLID principles
- Knowledge of background tasks, isolates, and Flutter WorkManager
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
- Strong debugging skills using Flutter DevTools
- Ability to optimize app performance (memory, lazy loading, animations)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time updates
- Hands-on experience with Flutter Web/Desktop
- Knowledge of Unit Testing & Widget Testing
- Experience with multi-module Flutter applications
