About the Role
As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the functional quality, stability, and reliability of our logistics platform across web, mobile, and API layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand feature requirements and define test plans.
- Conduct manual testing of Logistics.
- Write and execute test cases and test scripts based on requirements.
- Perform regression testing before releases.
- Raise and track defects using tools like JIRA.
- Run API testing for backend services using Postman or similar tools.
- Support developers by verifying bug fixes and participating in bug triaging.
- Contribute to building or enhancing automation test suites (optional, if you have automation exposure).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of QA experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or SaaS domains.
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes.
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
- Basic experience in API testing using Postman or Swagger.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to write clear and concise test scenarios and test cases.
- Familiarity with Logistics or Freights booking flows is a strong plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to automation testing tools like Selenium or Cypress.
- Experience testing multi-platform applications (desktop, mobile, web).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
