You're the type of DevOps engineer who prioritizes prevention over reaction. If you're drawn to dissecting complex legacy infrastructure, architecting more efficient systems, and automating repetitive workflows out of existence, this opportunity is for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in high-pressure settings where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products—each with distinct characteristics—as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS environment and deploy monitoring and automation that make incidents the exception, not the rule.
Most organizations ask you to maintain one stack. We're asking you to consolidate and enhance multiple stacks without disruption. Where others separate databases, we take a different approach, strategically consolidating them to maximize cost efficiency and management simplicity across our product portfolio. This position isn't suited for someone content with maintaining the status quo; it's designed for someone who sees fragmented, inconsistent infrastructure and immediately begins architecting improvements.
Your domain will include infrastructure migrations, AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database migration, and cost management. This means identifying and resolving issues, planning and executing cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and using AI/ML-driven workflows to automate significant portions of your workload. You'll possess genuine decision-making authority over infrastructure—no prolonged waits for sign-off from stakeholders disconnected from operational reality.
If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys transforming complex systems into reliable, efficient operations, this role offers substantial opportunity. If you require constant guidance, struggle with diverse technology stacks, or favor greenfield projects over creating structure from disorder, this position will not be a good fit. If you're prepared to own a high-impact infrastructure role with opportunities to build, optimize, and automate at scale, submit your application now.
