Join Gallagher as an M&A Support Analyst and be the linchpin in seamless mergers and acquisitions! Provide critical application workflow and process support, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations while honing your troubleshooting and customer service expertise.
The Role
- Provide hands-on support for Gallagher application workflows and processes to M&A users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user workflow and process issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Manage ticket and phone queues, logging and tracking all issues efficiently.
- Deliver virtual desk-side coaching and training on Gallagher systems via phone and Teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Learning & Development to ensure consistent support and training.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a support role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow and process issues.
- Experience maintaining ticket queues and managing high volumes of user inquiries.
- Familiarity with Gallagher systems including Applied EPIC or CSR24 is a significant plus.
