Job Description:
We are seeking a
Gaming Customer Support Representative
to provide high-quality email and chat support to our gaming customers. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, tech-savvy, and familiar with gaming communities and platforms such as
Discord and Twitch
. This is a remote role requiring reliable availability during late evening and night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via
email and live chat
in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with account, gameplay, technical, and community-related issues
- Moderate and engage with users on
Discord servers
as required
- Understand and support customer interactions related to
Twitch streams and integrations
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for gaming customers
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
(written and verbal)
- Own
laptop/desktop
with
preferably 16 GB RAM or above
- Strong written communication skills for email and chat support
- Comfortable working between 12 PM and 3 AM IST
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in
gaming customer support
- Working knowledge of Discord
(servers, channels, moderation tools)
- Passion for gaming and online communities
