We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers for our sales team. The ideal candidate will use digital channels, research tools, and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP)
- Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, social media, ads, and other channels
- Qualify leads and assess readiness for sales (MQLs / SQLs)
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies
- Create and optimize outreach messages, landing pages, and campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance metrics
- Continuously test and improve lead generation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B or B2C lead generation
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization
