Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer with strong IT expertise to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for enterprise systems. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain documentation for enterprise IT and business systems .
• Translate technical concepts into clear and accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Support moderately complex initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting .
• Analyze and resolve business systems challenges with attention to policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Experience documenting enterprise IT systems or business applications .
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Range: $48- $50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
