Job description
Business Analyst - ITSM - ServiceNow
6-month plus remote contract role.
NO C2C - Must be able to work without sponsorship
Must Haves:
- Strong BA experience (approx. 5+ years)
- Excellent stakeholder management + workshop/interview facilitation
- Requirements documentation: functional specs, process flows, acceptance criteria
- Experience in ITSM / enterprise workflow platforms (conceptual understanding)
- Strong communication skills & can translate complex conversations into clear documentation.
Nice to Haves:
- ServiceNow
- Experience supporting cross-functional process design (Finance / HR / Facilities)
