Technical Writer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading finance transformation program, is looking for a Technical Writer to join their Finance 360 initiative.

Position Summary:

This role is part of a 5-year program focused on transforming financial operations, insights, and employee experience. The Technical Writer will play a crucial role in documenting process changes, system adjustments, and training materials to support organizational change management (OCM) efforts. The program involves consolidating financial systems, streamlining processes, and implementing tools like Oracle EPM and Vena. Candidates must have experience working in transformation environments and confidence in documenting changes across processes and systems.

• Experience with finance transformation initiatives

• Ability to map processes and systems during organizational change
• Exposure to organizational change management (OCM)
