Quality Assurance Specialist

What You Will Do As a QA Specialist and Procedure Writer, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality assurance standards of Prime Controls. This includes drafting, revising, and maintaining comprehensive procedural documentation to align with industry standards and internal compliance requirements. Success in this role requires attention to detail, exceptional technical writing skills, and a deep understanding of QA processes and workflows. A Typical Day at Prime Controls

• Procedure Development: Draft, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in alignment with organizational and industry standards.
• Quality Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with established QA standards and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with project teams and departments to gather input and insights for accurate and practical procedure development.
• Training Materials: Develop training guides and resources for employees to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize procedural documents within the company's document management system to ensure accessibility and version control.
• Compliance Oversight: Monitor regulatory and industry changes to ensure procedures remain up-to-date and compliant.
• Process Analysis: Identify gaps in current workflows and recommend improvements to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Report Preparation: Compile and present QA findings and procedural updates to senior management.
• Quality Auditing: Conduct internal departmental audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and perform select vendor audits to evaluate supplier adherence to Prime Controls' quality expectations and industry standards.
• Other Duties: Assist in departmental initiatives as assigned by the Corporate Quality Manager.

The Preferred
