Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Writer at GenerativX. The Technical Writer will create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for both technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts to develop user manuals, online help guides, and system documentation. Additionally, the role involves revising existing materials, ensuring consistency across documentation, and promoting effective technical communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Writing and creating comprehensive Technical Documentation
• Experience with Documentation and effective Technical Communication
• Strong Communication skills for clarity with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with content management systems, version control tools, and industry-standard document formats
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in technology, AI, or related industries is a plus
